Last year the show was in Hall A of the Tucson convention center. The hall is 30,000 square feet. Next year the show will be in all three of the convention center's halls. Hall A ,B and C.That will let the show have 90,000 square feet of space.

Last year there were 99 exhibitors in 130 selling spaces.

I have increased the number of selling spaces to 175. The additional space will provide room for about 35 more exhibitors. So the total number of exhibitors for the Fall 2007 show will be about 135.

There will be bead stringing classes. There will be glass fusing classes. There will be classes on working with PMC.The classes will be during the three days of the show and will take place in Hall C.There are fifteen areas that are devided off with eight foot tall pipe and drape. the class areas are 30 feet by 30 feet. The classes and the show are on the same floor.Check this page for a link to the classes after December 1.

There will be glass beadmaking demos during the show. There will be glass sculpting demos during the show. Each day a roster of the demos will be poster.

There will be local hotels that will have special low rates for room in the $60 a night range.Check link after December 1.

There will be two consession stands. There will be a large break area for eating or just to sit down.

Wholesale buyers may register at the show by showing a copy of your resale permit from your home state.

The show is retail/wholesale. Retail buyers are welcome to come to the show. Wholesale buyers will have a Best Bead Show wholesale buyer's badge.

The only way to made a good show into a great event , is to get the best in exhibitors. This show was nicely balanced last year.

There was a good mix of importers, bead makers, and related businesses. This next year ,the new exhibitors that sign up will be juried in. The show must have something for everyone that is bead related. There will be a limit on how many glass bead makers are in the show.Just as there is a limit on how many pearl dealers, Czech bead sellers, and other things.

The show will have a four color high quality program listing all exhibitors and also having ads.

This next year there will be a large ad campaign for this show.
